How do I purchase?
To purchase any product on our store simply select your desired size or style and add to cart, once the item has been added you will be able to carry on shopping with us or have the option to pay for your purchase.
My desired product is not available in my size can you order it for me?
If there is any product that is unavailable in your preferred size or colour that you wish to purchase we will always try to meet your request. Please email email@example.com or alternatively call 01865 247955.
Do I need an account to order?
To order online from us you will be prompted to create an account with us using our cart payment system this account will allow you to return to your order at anytime and amend your order, this account will also aid you if you need to return a product for any reason also as it will include your order number and product name for the returns process. Please also read our returns policy page and Terms & conditions for more information.
What payment methods do you take?
Our online store takes an array of payment methods including PayPal & all major Credit and Debit cards. Also PayPal includes a Card payment section for extra security if required. All payments online are fully encrypted and safe to use please check for the Green Lock symbol on your browser window.
Are you accountable for any overseas postage taxes & duty?
Unfortunately we are not held accountable any oversea's postage taxes and or duty that you may incur when your item is delivered please check with your local postal delivery service before ordering.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders placed online will be packed and posted 1st class the next working day when placed before 3pm (excluding Bank holidays & National holidays) within the UK orders should be received within 2-3 working days with European orders taking approximately 3-5 working days and Rest of the world orders taking from 7-14 working days dependant on delivery address. If you have any questions regarding the postage time to your address don't hesitate to contact us.
My product has come damaged / Lost package?
If when reciving your product you find that the item has been damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for us to rectify the issue's that are noted any issues with products after this 24 hour window will be unfortunately unable to be rectified.

Do you offer a click and collect service?
Yes we offer a click and collect service this is strictly for orders within Oxford and the surrounding area, to select this option please click on click and collect when on your cart order page.
